58th Death Anniversary of Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan Observed

Hyderabad: The 58th death anniversary of renowned classical singer from the Patiala Gharana, Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan, was observed today. According to Radio Pakistan, Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan was born in Kasur in 1902. He is celebrated for amalgamating the best of classical musical traditions into his own unique Patiala-Kasur style. His contributions to classical music continue to be remembered and revered. Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan passed away in Hyderabad on this day in 1968, leaving behind a rich legacy in the world of classical music.
