Toba Kakri: Four terrorists were arrested during a successful operation by security forces near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in the Toba Kakri area of Balochistan.

According to Radio Pakistan, weapons, including Kalashnikovs, hand grenades, and other firearms, were recovered from the arrested terrorists. The arrested individuals confessed to planning a major terrorist attack. One of the terrorists admitted in a confessional statement that they had entered Pakistan three days earlier from Afghanistan.

The security sources highlighted that the local population played a significant role in the success of the operation against the terrorists. Defence experts have described this as a positive development, noting that the local population is actively participating alongside security forces to combat terrorism. They identified the primary cause of rising terrorism in Pakistan as the flourishing of terrorist organizations on Afghan soil.

Experts further stated that Afghanistan has become a haven for terrorists and emphasized the need for immediate international action.
