The Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal says federal government has decided to allocate seven point five billion rupees to enroll back over twenty-six million out of school children across the country. Addressing a function in Islamabad , he said for this project twenty-five millions rupees each will be allocated by federal and provincial governments and twenty-five millions rupees by the partners. The minister said federal government is also establishing South Asia's top teachers training center in Pakistan to fulfill the need of the best teaching practices. He said literacy rate in Pakistan is sixty percent, which should be ninety percent for progress and development in the country.
