Higher Education Commission (HEC) has signed an MoU with German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) for HEC scholarship programme "Empower Future Female Afghan Leaders - EFFAL Pakistan track initiative." It includes 150 scholarships for Afghan refugees for two-year Master's studies in HEC-recognized universities in Pakistan.
