In Kenya's Presidential Elections, the Deputy President William Ruto has been declared the winner amid dramatic scenes.
According to the official results, William Ruto narrowly beat his rival, Raila Odinga, taking 50.5 percent of the vote.
The 77-year-old former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga who was running for President's slot for fifth time got 48.8 percent of the vote.
The announcement was delayed amid scuffles and allegations of vote-rigging by Odinga's campaign.
