Four persons died and six others injured due to recent torrential rain related incidents in different parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the last twenty-four hours.

In a statement, Director General PDMA said ten houses were partially damaged due to heavy rains in the province.

He said the control room of the authority is operational round the clock and people can contact its helpline 1700.

Meanwhile, on the directives of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan, all the relief and rescue departments are fully alert to meet any emergency.
