North Korea on Monday fired two more ballistic missiles into the Sea of Japan warning the US and its allies to halt military drills on Korean Penisula or the Pacific will be turned into a firing range.
North Korea's state media confirmed firing of the missiles saying the projectiles are capable of paralyzing enemy airfields.
Japan has requested an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council today over North Korea's provocations while South Korea imposed new sanctions on entities linked to Pyongyang's weapons programmes.
