Minister for Aviation, Khawaja Saad Rafique has directed the Pakistan International Airlines management to provide hotel accommodation to passengers facing delays in getting flights from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia due to ‘massive rush’ of air travelers.
Accordingly, the PIA Chief Executive Officer made a telephonic contact with Jeddah airport authorities and formally requested them to facilitate Pakistani passengers.
In a press release, PIA spokesman Abdullah Hafeez Khan said passengers can also get information about flights by making a phone call at 786 786 111.
The spokesman said PIA administration has issued instructions to provide all possible facilities to its passengers.
