Pakistan Maths and Computer Science Olympiad (PMCSO) will conduct a nationwide competition in September this year to identify and nurture talented students in mathematics and computer science, promoting STEM education and excellence in Pakistan. According Minister of Federal Education and Professional Training PMCSO aims to encourage students to develop problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a passion for math and computer science. The olympiad will provide a platform for students to showcase their talents, compete with peers, and strive for excellence. The Olympiad will be conducted in two categories: Mathematics and Computer Science. Students will have the opportunity to register and complete assessments online, making participation accessible from anywhere in the country. The top 500 performers in the Olympia d will be celebrated for their hard work and dedication. These high achievers will receive medals, certificates, and cash prizes.
