KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) commenced the New Year on a strong note, experiencing a significant rally with a gain of 1,676 points in the benchmark hundred index as trading opened today.

According to Radio Pakistan, the hundred index, which closed at 115,126 points the previous day, ascended to 116,802 points. This upward trend is being closely watched by investors and analysts alike.
