The decision has been taken due to poor air quality index in major divisions of Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, and Gujranwala. According to Radio Pakistan, the directive aims to mitigate the effects of rising pollution levels that have been affecting these areas. The installation of air purifiers is expected to improve the indoor air quality in commercial areas, providing a safer environment for shoppers and employees alike.
