Punjab Governor Muhammad Baleegh ur Rehman has declared Punjab Assembly's yesterday's ruling as illegal and unconstitutional a short while ago.
In a ruling, issued on Tuesday, the Speaker Muhammad Sibtain Khan ruled that Punjab Governor cannot summon a fresh Assembly session for Chief Minister' Vote of Confidence until and unless the ongoing session is prorogued.
He also ruled that as per a court verdict, Chief Minister has to be given 10 clear days to show his majority of votes.
