Radio Pakistan's special Ramadan transmission "Paigham-e-Ramadan" is continuing to spread the message of love, peace and harmony in the society.
Participating in the transmission on the 19th consecutive day on Tuesday, eminent religious scholar Dr Sajida Jameel Qureshi said Ramadan is a time of devotion, and self-discipline for Muslims, and it serves as a reminder of importance of faith and pursuit of spiritual growth.
Renowned hair transplant specialist Dr Farukh Nosheen said there are no specific hair care practices that are required or prohibited in Islam. However, fasting and changes in daily routines may affect hair health and appearance.
Dehydration due to fasting can lead to dry, brittle hair. To prevent this, it is important to drink plenty of water and eat a balanced diet during non-fasting hours. In addition, using a moisturizing conditioner can help to keep hair hydrated.
