Repatriation of illegal foreigners continuing

The repatriation of illegal foreign nationals including Afghans to their homeland is continuing.

In addition to other measures for the dignified return of Afghans to their country, transit camps, equipped with all facilities, have been established in various districts for their temporary accommodation. A large number of Afghan nationals are present at Chaman and Torkham border for voluntarily return to Afghanistan

The authorities concerned have asked the general public to report any illegal foreign national in their vicinity to the relevant helpline.

The public can contact helpline one seven zero zero for guidance and problems pertaining to the illegal residents.

Meanwhile, more than three thousand and five hundred Afghan citizens have been repatriated to Afghanistan through Chaman and Torkham border points.

So far, a total of two-hundred fourteen-thousand, three-hundred and ninety-eight Afghan nationals illegally residing in Pakistan have repatriated to Afghanistan.
