The visiting Saudi Minister for Investment, Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih has expressed willingness to further enhance investment in Pakistan. He was speaking during a G2G Roundtable Conference between Saudi investors' delegation and members of the federal cabinet in Islamabad on Friday. The Saudi Minister said Pakistan offers immense investment opportunities. He said meetings with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and other senior Pakistani officials remained very productive and will yield positive outcomes. He expressed satisfaction over his visit and agreed to further increase bilateral cooperation. In their remarks on the occasion, the Federal Ministers expressed gratitude to Saudi government and assured him of full cooperation. Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb said Pakistan's economy is heading towards stability and all indicators are positive. Minister for Petroleum Musadik Malik said Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 is inconsonance with Pakistan's economic priorities. Privatization Minister Abdul Alee m Khan said Pakistan will extend all possible support to Saudi Arabia's business community for investment. Commerce Minister Jam Kamal Khan said the enhanced linkages between business communities of the two countries will give a new boost to bilateral trade especially in textile, leather, food and other sectors. He said a 30-member Pakistani trade delegation will visit Saudi Arabia next month.
