Zhob: Security forces successfully thwarted an infiltration attempt by terrorists along the Pakistan-Afghanistan Border, neutralizing five Khwarij in the Sambaza area of Zhob district last night.

According to Radio Pakistan, the movement of a group of Khwarij, who were attempting to infiltrate through the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, was detected by security forces. The troops effectively engaged the group, preventing their infiltration attempt.

Pakistan has consistently urged the Interim Afghan Government to ensure effective border management on their side. The Interim Afghan Government is expected to fulfill its obligations and prevent the use of Afghan soil by Khwarij for carrying out acts of terrorism against Pakistan.

The security forces of Pakistan remain committed to securing the borders and eliminating the threat of terrorism from the country.
