Tajikistan has reiterated the resolve to deepen bilateral relations with Pakistan.
The resolve was expressed by Tajikistan Ambassador to Pakistan Ismatullo Nasredin in an exclusive interview with Radio Pakistan's Planet FM 87.6 today [Tuesday].
Highlighting the challenges in realm of trade between the two countries, the Ambassador expressed optimism that all issues will be tackled through a continued dialogue and cooperation.
During his visit to the state broadcaster, the Ambassador met Director General Radio Pakistan Muhammad Tahir Hassan and exchanged views on joint programs for enhancing trade and cultural linkages and use of broadcasting.
He also discussed initiating a joint venture for highlighting the vision and works of Allama Muhammad Iqbal.
The Ambassador presented Tajik President Emomali Rahmon's Urdu translated book to DG Radio Pakistan.
On the occasion, the DG Radio Pakistan presented a souvenir to the Ambassador.
