New york: US President Donald Trump has called upon the global community to unite in the pursuit of a safer and more prosperous world. Addressing the United Nations General Assembly session in New York, he emphasized the necessity to reject the failed approaches of the past and collaboratively tackle some of the most significant threats in history to achieve this objective.
According to Radio Pakistan, the US President stressed the importance of international cooperation in ending the development of biological weapons, describing it as crucial for the survival of mankind. He announced plans to enforce the Biological Weapons Convention as part of this effort.
In his address, President Trump also highlighted his diplomatic contributions in resolving seven international conflicts, including the recent tensions between Pakistan and India, which he claimed have saved millions of lives.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, accompanied by his delegation, was present at the inaugural session, marking a significant moment of international engagement and dialogue.
