Additionally, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar communicated, via a written reply, that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is developing a comprehensive consular policy through stakeholder consultations for Pakistanis imprisoned in foreign jails. He assured that Pakistan continues to protect its citizens abroad through established international frameworks, with consular officers visiting Pakistani nationals in prisons or detention and arranging legal representation for them.

In response to a Calling Attention Notice, Minister for National Food Security Rana Tanveer Hussain stated that rice exporters are being fully facilitated in the country. Further, Minister for Water Resources Musadiq Masood Malik clarified that the Cholistan Canal project will not be constructed on the River Indus but on the Sutlej River. He emphasized that every province has the right to use its share of water according to its requirements.
